To Our Parents
Welcome to Twin Oaks Christian Church and our Children’s Ministry.
Our goal at Twin Oaks Christian Church is to provide an environment where children are encouraged to learn and grow in their faith.
You will find a very caring and dedicated staff who value children. We desire to partner with families to help children build a solid foundation of faith. We are committed to teaching children the truths of God and His Word. As we teach your children we provide them with a safe and caring environment so that they can grow in their knowledge and love for the Lord.
Twin Oaks is a place where parents and children worship God together. Coming to church will be the best part of their week! No matter what their age, we want to send your kids out of this building excited about God’s Word and a relationship with Him. So come join us this Sunday!

Nursery
We offer a clean caring environment. The nursery care givers are ready to provide their devoted attention to your baby’s needs. We are happy to give bottles, change diapers, sing songs, hold, rock, and play with each baby. A silent pager is provided for each family.
Toddlers
Our tiniest walkers are presented Biblical Truth through songs, books, and videos. We play and read to your child and promote a stable and enjoyable environment so they feel happy and secure. A silent pager is provided for each family.
Pre-school
During the pre-school years your child will begin to broaden their understanding of God. So we encourage them to pray and worship God as they learn His Word. We present age appropriate activities that include reading, singing, playing, and crafts.
Sunday School
The stories of the Bible hold exciting and important truths for our Children. We study the people and events of Bible times in order to know God more. All activities are age appropriate and hands-on to keep the learner engaged.
Jr. Kingdom Kids & Kingdom Kids
Our Kingdom Kids program is modeled after our adult worship service. We include the five elements of worship: music, prayer, relevant Bible teaching, communion (age appropriate) and offering. Kingdom Kids gives children the fun benefit of a worship service geared for their age group. Activities include: Bible stories, puppet shows, object lessons, skits and games.
Gems Girls Club
Girls 1st grade-6th grade
Gems Girls club is designed to foster spiritual growth in all areas of a girls life: mental, physical, emotional, devotional, and social.
Girls have a place to go where they can feel valued and loved for who they are – a child of God…..a place where they can belong.
At Gems, girls will earn badges by participating in several different themed badge work along with Bible lessons, crafts and a wide variety of other activities.
Christian Cadets Boys Club
Boys 1st – 5th
Cadets helps boys grow spiritually in all areas of life: mental,physical, emotional, devotional, and social. Led by Christian men with a unique designed structure, program & materials. Cadet boys and their counselors work side by side on Bible lessons, Christian service projects, outdoor activities (camping, hiking, archery and more). Cadets work on merit badge projects selected from a wide range of interests and skills.
Special Events
- Christmas Program – Practice begins in September. Program is held the first Sunday in December.
- Easter Egg Hunt – Held the week before Easter Sunday.
- Vacation Bible School – Held in late June.
- Kids Fall Festival – Held a week before Halloween.
