Twin Oaks has a vibrant and active student ministry! It’s a great place for students to be challenged, loved and inspired!
Our student ministry is built on personal relationships with our Life Coaches and student pastor. The student ministry is designed to be a partnership with you and your family. This can be one of the most challenging and confusing times of a young person’s life. Together we must work to give them the best examples and biblical guidance possible.
We’d love to have you and your student come and be a part of the many great things going on here at Twin Oaks!
Collision
Grades 6-12
Collision is our weekly student ministry gathering. This is where everyday life and faith collide into something beautiful. All junior and senior high students are encouraged to come, bring a friend and experience the excitement and joy of being a follower of Jesus Christ!
What to Expect:
Collision Band- Our worship band is made up of students from our church that have a passion to lead others in responding to God through music!
Collision Groups- Every time Collision meets students will be paired with one of our phenomenal Life Coaches to talk through key issues facing them, the night’s lesson and pray for one another.
Life Coaches- We have an unbelievable group of adults who give up time every week to be there for our students to provide guidance and hope. They’re called Life Coaches for a reason. Our hope is that the relationships developed and guidance they receive here will last throughout their life!
Next Level- This is our mid-week, Wednesday night, bible study and prayer time from 6:30-7:30 in the mobile unit behind the church. This is a time for students to grow deeper in their faith and understanding. It’s also a time for them to pray for each other, their schools and the church!
CXPs [Collision Experiences]- CXPs are an opportunity for parents and students to worship, learn and have fun together! They’re designed to strengthen families and to let parents see what we do first-hand! CXPs are a place for family and faith to collide!
C-OPz [Collision Operations]- C-Opz are missions/service opportunities for students to experience, hands on, what service in God’s Kingdom are all about. We’ll be participating in local missions outreaches, in-state(s) mission trips as well as international trips! C-Opz are where faith and service collide!
